Our collaboration with Dusit started with the Pre-opening Project Management certification workshop as groundbreaking with the 1st bespoke training program dedicated to hospitality iT. It took Marriott and the Dusit team more than 8 months to prepare for the PM workshop, starting from gap analysis, deep dive into documentation & tools and eventually launching structured training consisting of case studies and project management methodology, which is delivered through a hybrid approach using Marriott’s eLearning portal and live tutorial sessions followed by a certification quiz.
Subsequently we launched two additional programs; Senior Cluster Leaders leadership development program and IT Audit Fundamentals Certification Workshop (bilingual) – all of them received very positive feedback with more than 90% satisfaction.
